Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping costs

• Orders under $45: flat $6 shipping
• Orders $45 and up: free shipping

The $45 is your order total after any discounts, before tax.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders follow the same rule. Each renewal of $45 or more ships free, and smaller renewals pay the $6 flat rate.

Processing and delivery
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Most packages arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged, missing, or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or never shows up, email us at support@modernmammals.com within 30 days of your order. Include your order number, plus a photo if anything is damaged. We’ll make it right, usually by sending a replacement.
