Shampoo Light Bar

Love this stuff! The hair on my head feels great.

Magic Mud works great. I wash my hair a lot! And this stuff doesn’t dry it out like regular shampoo. It actually makes it healthier and softer & thicker! Truly magical!

This guy I quoted above, JC, said it best. My review is identical to whatever he said. It's that good. Not sure what it does for balding and fine hair, but I treat that with Minoxidil and Dudasteride(sp?) at night. This is good for the day. And great for humidity.

I am so happy I found this product. I will be ordering the large mud bag ASAP!!! Finally, my thin hair has some volume to it, no longer dry and fuzzy!!!

Best my hair has been since I was a kid. I wanted to know if you guys also have some product line so after using the shampoo rather than using brutal cream and other such product which I use if there was something that produced frizz, give me a little bit of hold, but it was more healthy and organic and natural.

I have wavy thick hair and I've been letting it grow out. Every time I would shower my hair would feel frizzy even after putting the hair cream I have. I used this shampoo today and I it left my hair feeling like day 2-3. Very little frizz and my hair feels hydrated. The shampoo does not foam, but when you rinse it out you can feel your hair become smooth. Idk how to describe it. 10/10 will buy this. I need this, I live in the AZ heat.

I honestly spent years fighting flake and itch. After the first few days, my scalp feels better and my hair looks great. I’m never looking back.

I have a new bottle coming in today, and it reminded me that it’s WAY past time for this review. I started using Modern Mammals in 2019, and it’s been the only thing I’ve used ever since. Shampoo literally hasn’t touched my hair in 6 years! I have thickish that’s straight when it’s short, but when I grow it out, it’s gets very wavy/curly and can become a little erratic at times.

In 2019, I was about a year into growing out my hair and I was insanely annoyed with how frizzy and poofy my hair would get after taking a shower. I would try my best to go for weeks without washing my hair just to avoid it, but would always end up caving due to an itchy scalp and greasy looking hair. That’s when I decided to look for something better. When I discovered Modern Mammals my search came to an end. It does a perfect job of cleaning your hair without causing frizz and poofiness. I use it everyday and my hair has never felt healthier and easy to manage. I’m religious about it too even on vacation. I always make sure to bring a travel bottle with me!

I’ve been with Modern Mammals through a couple of recipe changes as well! I applaud them for how they listen to their customers. Back a couple of years ago I noticed that they had switched to a different formula. It still worked just as it always did, but it had a different texture and slightly different (but still very pleasant) smell to it. I liked it just as much, but apparently others not so much! Within a few months I received an email from them stating that they had changed course and decided to move back to the original formula, which I was fine with even though I like the new formula as well. They listened to their customers and switched back even though I’m sure that was not a cheap thing to do for a company of their size while producing so much product! Even though I enjoyed the new formula I really appreciated the fact that they listened to their customers in a day and age where many companies could not care less.

This is by far the longest review I’ve ever written for a company, but I felt that after six years of love for this product it was the very least I could do!

Here’s to a new bottle of Modern Mammals arriving today, and many many bottles in the future!
